Sion bug

So i was playing sion, and right before i died, a fiora ulted me, but got no autos off. I then proceeded to die.

When i re spawned, i found a pleasant surprise waiting for me. The fiora ult was still on me! The particles wouldn't go! So i walked around with a fiora ult on me for the rest of the game.

Luckily, the vitals wouldnt detonate when fiora would attack me, just the particles would stay on me, and i found that to be quite annoying.

PLS FIX!
