In regards to ranked

So, this happened to me in solo queue. I got in a game, and our jungler started raging. He made our ADC cry, and we had to 3V5 their team in ranked. Now, we lost and reported him, but it's obscene that I lost LP, and got demoted, for someone else raging. I wouldn't know how to do it, but maybe put it some kind of request in the post-game, and if, say, three people of five put in a request, someone evaluates the game replay, and refunds lost LP if something like that happens. Not give LP as if they'd won, but refund the lost LP from losing that game. I dunno, just a thought.
