Has being able to buy champions for others with IP been considered?

I personally, have bought 4 name changes this year, with IP, but if i could use the time i spent in game to benefit my freinds that like the game and have less time to put into it, it would bring my friends happiness from getting champs they want but have to wait until they can afford, and i would feel awesome about helping my friends get deeper into league. thoughts?
