What's with people asking for a Blitzcrank rework? Shouldn't Leona be receiving it instead?

Blitzcrank has to get a firm clear Q pull to grab in one enemy unit to lockdown. All Leona does is trololol simply Es directly to target whilst ignoring minion wave.
Blitzcrank has to play with caution to not let himself die easily when attempting to WQ an enemy. All Leona does is hit W for extra Armor & MR, and gets extra long duration by hitting her W on..................minions. Not champions, minions. Where's the playstyle in this?
Blitzcrank with a 0.5 silence which only affects enemies around himself, involving a playstyle where he has to be real tanky to do so. All Leona does is select an AoE target and boom, here's a slow & stuns for you people. I'm not really supporting this argument heavily, just throwing it out.

Blitzcrank completely invalidates opponent positioning; Leona repositions herself. These are completely different mechanics, and Blitzcrank's is a lot less healthy for the game.

Leona gets extra armor and magic resist from W, Blitzcrank gets a massive shield from mana.

Blitzcrank's ultimate also has a much larger AoE, higher damage, is effectively instant, and has 2-3 times lower cooldown.

I don't know but I have played against some pretty dominant blitz supp in my games in prelims.

He wins more games than Leona, and he also wins against almost every single support currently. He's the highest win rate support for plat+ with Leona in 4th place with a slightly lower win rate. Blitz on average actually dies less than Leona does too and it's nearly impossible to chase a Blitz, where as at least when Leona is caught out she is guaranteed to die. The two also don't do the same thing, Blitz forces someone to him and his team where as Leona forces herself into them and their team, so obviously Blitz is safer than Leona just based on the fact he has some form of mobility and isn't forced into going to his opponents.
