At 05:00 Sydney Time (18:00 UTC), Ranked queues will be turned off in preparation for the patch deployment that will occur at 06:30 Sydney Time (19:30 UTC).

You gonna do this for all other regions too? o.O

Yes, they do that for every server. But not at once.

Probably not today, no. EUNE did get one of those yesterday. Just some random thing that went wrong.
