Then you jump onto their teammate denying them the penta and getting the the person to rage at that teammate in the hopes that the guy will throw because he's so pissed about the stolen penta.
I feel like that made me laugh much more than it should have.

No, the proper answer is to turn around, 1v5 them and get your own penta.
Now I have completely safely escaped enemy pentas and earned apt verbal abuse of the "BM" type.
But what's really silly is when you turn around and shutdown the "Man with the quadra" who over extended acting like you have no way to face explode them.

alternatively one guy respawns and runs towards you. And you get the penta anways. (I quadra'd a team for an ace, but a ww spawned shortly after, ran into top lane, and then I killed him for the penta.

In a game I played a while ago, we were having a 5v5 in bot lane at blue side's inhib turret. Mistakes were made, and the enemy jinx got a quadra. I (Ahri) was the only one left alive on my team. Jinx and I both had low hp, and she started to chase me through the jungle.
Just as she caught up to me, I used my W and zhonya's. My foxfires killed her and I got away clean. After the game, one of my teammates sent me the LoLReplay file. It was glorious.
Damn straight, never give the penta. You gotta earn that shit.
