Runes. Help? bug?

So, I need to buy a third Greater Attack Damage quint and its not letting me, the purchase option is grayed out and it says I already have TWO runes of this type. Last time I checked I could have 3 of the same quints. I have the ip for it. At first I thought maybe that I had to many runes in my inventory so i was gonna recycle them. Well apparently recycling isnt a thing anymore. So does anyone know what I can do? Is there a way to get rid of the useless runes I have laying around? Do you know how to fix this?
