Serious Ping Issues.

**Hello Riot, just curious as to why the my gameplay has been seriously impacted by ping issues and lag spikes. Now, before you go blaming my ISP I'd like to say that I am an employee of my ISP. My speedtests have remained the same and I am the only one on my wifi connection. I will say though that I not pay for an amazing speed each month, merely 30mbps. Though these last 3 months have been continuous issues with my ping going through the roof and lag issues. Just 30 minutes ago my ping was literally over 11k. I have NEVER seen that in my life, my ping usually remains below 90 with the occasional spike to 102. Please respond and tell me what you guys may be doing differently with your servers? Did you fire the IT guy? I mean seriously, I wouldn't usually blame Riot but come on guys. **

I am a Comcast customer, and they have repeatedly verified that there is nothing wrong on my end, or the ISP's end. I have been experiencing similar issues for a long time now, and Riot has yet to do anything.

It has literally been years and Riot hasn't done anything to fix their reliability, or address the East Cost ping dilemma. All they have done as far as I'm aware is complain about DDoS attacks, and occasionally blame their own ISP.

Exactly, I know for a fact that it's not Comcast. Because I work for them. I believe that it's Riot's servers and ISP. That being said, if their current ISP is screwing up that much. What would the normal customer do? SWITCH. But supposedly the problem is being fixed sometime this week.
