It's not like telling someone that is going to magically make them play better; in fact, it's more likely going to make them play worse. The reason being is you're insulting them, which is likely to make them angry, causing them to play worse.

If that's the case, then the only reason you're complaining is because you don't like the fact that it worked on you. Show your reform card if you have indeed been banned so we can see what you actually said that got you banned.
Otherwise, how is telling someone that they're bad in anyway helpful to them? Answer, it's not, and in some cases may only make them play worse than they already are. It's not them being thin skinned it's you being a jerk. Don't be a jerk and you won't get in trouble, it's that simple really, or at least it should be anyways. If you do want to be a jerk, then don't come complaining here when you get punished for being a jerk. That doesn't mean the system is broken, that means that it's actually working as intended instead.
JAGMAG1 votesexcept im sure they walked away without a ban even thou they flamed much harder then me all game and also i told them they were bad because i pinged that i was ganking a shit ton they just sat there i finally went in almost died got out then they decided to fight then dive the tower at like level 3 and give a double kill and i was like wow you suck and they proceed to flame all fucking game long and feed
ModPrandine1 votesYou don't know if they got a ban or not, but regardless of what they did you contributing to the tension with comments like "you're bad" make it so that reports against you for bad behavior are now valid. Yes it's frustrating to play with people who aren't as skilled as you, but there are better ways to handle situations like that than raging at them and being a jerk. Doing that only makes you look bad and makes it much more likely that you'll get banned instead of them depending on how much you do it. Remember that the next time you get the urge to type some insults at other people.

They're working on this. In the meantime, you cannot be punished for Refusal to Communicate. It's one of two report options that aren't considered punishable.
