Question. What does telling someone "wow your bad" even accomplish? I mean, is there even a point to telling them that? It's not like telling someone that is going to magically make them play better; in fact, it's more likely going to make them play worse. The reason being is you're insulting them, which is likely to make them angry, causing them to play worse.

Your attitude here suggests that you've been banned before for being a jerk. If that's the case, then the only reason you're complaining is because you don't like the fact that it worked on you. Show your reform card if you have indeed been banned so we can see what you actually said that got you banned.
Otherwise, how is telling someone that they're bad in anyway helpful to them? Answer, it's not, and in some cases may only make them play worse than they already are. It's not them being thin skinned it's you being a jerk. Don't be a jerk and you won't get in trouble, it's that simple really, or at least it should be anyways. If you do want to be a jerk, then don't come complaining here when you get punished for being a jerk. That doesn't mean the system is broken, that means that it's actually working as intended instead.

They're working on this. In the meantime, you cannot be punished for Refusal to Communicate. It's one of two report options that aren't considered punishable.
