Will Riot put Runes on sale?

all their sales are rp sales and runes are ip only

riot sometimes makes permanent ip price reductions though, to runes too

well all lvl 2 runes are now 1ip they were alot more just use those and farm up and buy wht u need also theres a 2for 1 on rune pages

I forget exactly when they said they would get around to fixing runes, but I believe they said somewhere in between late this season and midway through next season.

I'm talking about Tier 3 runes on discount.

Will this happen?
