Just had a 4v5 throughout the whole match
And Riot still comments "Chill bruh, it's a fair game". Jeez, when can we ever get the settings of having rematched queueing whenever we get an idiot who declines hard in any game at all??

It would be nice but extremely easy to abuse. 1 person takes the fall and 4 people don't lose LP/MMR. You could queue as a duo on a smurf account and just use the smurf account to prevent losses for the other player. It would also lead to a lot of bullying I expect - "You threw this game so you have to leave so that we don't suffer because of you"
Best deterrent I can think of is that the person who doesn't show up has a stiffer penalty like more LP lost.
