When you're playing jungle
and at the start of the game all of your teammates decide it's the perfect time to sit in fountain/lane and not protect, let alone ward, your buffs.

Unless you're in plat+ nobody is going to ward your buffs unless you specifically ask them to. Even if you ask them to they still probably won't.
