Suggestion for changing the summoner name (not a rant)

We were talking with a friend and it's quite common in other games to be able to change the name once you started playing, at least once.

Giving RP/IP for changing many times is great but you could give 1 chance to a new player to change his/her name, during the first month. (food for thought)
