Dear mid laners, ever learn how to play other champions...?

1st game: Zed 2nd game: Zed 3rd game: Zed 4th game: Zed .......... .......................... 37129th game: Azir (AHHH YES! THANK THE HEAVENS!! FINALLY SOME MID LANE DIVERSITY!!!) 37130th game: Zed (nvm...)

Honestly, with this amount of playrate this guy gets compared to last years, it's a good call for Riot to start nerfing the ninja.

A lot of it is because he's flashy too. He's not as much LC$BIGPLAYZ as Lee Sin is, but he certainly does have the stigma of it as well which makes him appealing to play. I'd much rather lane against a Zed than a Leblanc Fizz Lux

My mid champion pool: Akali Karthus Katarina Nidalee Syndra Talon Viktor Xerath. This isn't including champions that could technically be played mid, but either I don't or they aren't really used there: Gangplank Quinn Riven

I have a few other champions that I could play mid, but these are the one's that I actually know. Some of them (couughakalicough) I'm garbage at, so I don't play them, but I understand them more then some others, so I put them on this list

I play Zed ... BUT he is NOT the only champion I play for mid. Most common: Malzahar followed by these 3 in no particular order Veigar Yasuo Zed . Still trying to expand that pool though. Recently though I must say I have had good success with Chogath " Mid Mage". Quite entertaining honestly.

I don't mind seeing a lot of Zed to be honest. Most of the people im playing against aren't mechanically skilled enough to really do well with him, and I know I can contain him in mid lane by not feeding him myself and always making sure my teammates know when he roams.

The thing I do find really annoying about him though is his ability to perform well even when behind and his ability to 180 a lane even pre-6. Ive had instances where im punishing him hard, force him to use all his pots and sit around 50%, farming with Q and whatnot, but all it takes for him to turn that scenario around is one single "all-in". One single full combo from him and all of a sudden that lane ive been dominating for 10 minutes gets turned around and im on my back foot. Add to that the fact that its pretty much impossible to really stop him from farming, and you've got a supremely annoying champion to have to play against.

But like I said, im not playing against pros at my elo, so its not really a big deal to me. Just bring barrier or exhaust and play Farmville.

Naah, you don't have to, I main Malzahar so I'm fine with all these zeds ;p My mid champion pool is Malzahar Viktor Lux Velkoz , by the way. (Yes, I like immobile mages)

Yeah he's kinda OP with thunderlord. Losing 3/4 of your HP as soon as he gets lvl 3 is not really fun.
