Riot, could you make it so my skin shows at all moments and not just loading screen

So Riot you made skins for us players, and for the ones of us that use them we thank you. However, I was wandering if it would be possible if the skins would show not only during loading screen, but also during the entire game long and the pre game. To explain myself, I use the count Vladimir skin a lot. And you know when I kill some one it shows my face beside "You have slain a Enemy", it shows the classics skin's face and not the skin that I am using. Same for the connected and reconnected messages etc. I know that it not relevant for the game itself, but I think that it would be a nice touch and many people (myself included) would find it quite nice.
