So apparently they are done handing them out and I got nada. Did I do something wrong?

Ummm? They said you can expect your items by the end of November? Well, I assume you got gold long before the deadline, seeing as you're g3. Check Maokai, I didn't even know I received the skin till I looked at him.

This is also barring you received a two week ban during this season.

Riot has not finished giving out the rewards to all eligible players. It can take some time, so just be patient.

Yes, that thread does say they are finished, but the Rioter's comment I linked, along with the season 6 FAQ, states it could take up to 2 weeks after the season's end. With two conflicting statements, I would at least wait until the later date before starting to worry too much.

However, if you wish, you can submit a support ticket to try and get more help. with this.
