When are we going to be able to kick someone out of a lobby?

Someone banned udyr so my jungler decided he would run smite and cleanse on kassadin jg and my mid was going to go fiddle cleanse and smite too. Needless to say I had to dodge due to these two trolls. I hate the idea that I have to dodge games because of other toxic players and now i lost lp and have to wait 30 mins to get into a new game. Honestly, there needs to be a way to kick someone out of the lobby of 3 of the 5 people agree. It's not fair that people who have nothing to do with their petty arguments have to get in trouble while they get to que up into a new game and repeat the entire thing all over again.

While I don't disagree I think there could be a better system. Like a rock the Queue or an earned dodge credit. Like allowed to dodge but make it a point earned system for games finished like aram re-rolling. If they put in a ban it would have to be 4 out of 5 unless trying to ban a group or excape a group. I find the 4 man groups to be the most toxic and sufferable queues but i can't get away from them. then i get reported for nothing (don't talk to them, they just scream at me for every mistake they make, and because they have 4 votes on a report i end up getting reported and see instant repercussions).

This game is just so ridiculously toxic and full of people trolling because NOTHING with ever happen to them unless they make the mistake of having chat log evidence, that they don't care. That's if people even bother to report them. SO tired of taking punishment or being stuck with people like that.
