feeding teammates
unsportsmanlike teammates
uncooperative teammates
unskilled teammates

The hardest battle in ranked is the one you face with yourself:

its being able to stay strong when you lose a game
evaluating your mistakes
being critical with yourself

But most important, it's about not giving up hope...

knowing I messed up, and learning from it doesn't matter if team doesn't want to do anything.

If someone is always afk farming and just ignore you, or tell you to go fuck yourself when you ask them to do something, there is NOTHING you can do about that and it makes you lose the game. Even a perfect player can't win in this moment, because doing nothing in the 4v5 will result one of your teammates getting picked. OR they will go bot/top/wherever and pick your 1 afk farmer, and there is nothing you can do about it.
