Would like some advice. (possible long post)

Hey guys, first I'll talk about the simple things, I wanna start playing shaco, and ammumu again, haven't played them since season 2. I would like you guys opinions on some Mid Tier ELO builds for the both. (silver/gold). Ok now to the fun stuff, would like some tips on getting my smurf out of bronze. I literally don't play normals because they are too easy, but when I play ranked what usually happens is, I carry my lane, team stalls instead of capitalizing on good engages and objectives and the enemy team wins do to uncooperative junk. I hate blaming stuff on my team but in low bronze it is literally what happens. Now, I do acknowledge my own mistakes. If a player literally made 0 mistakes, they would never lose a game no matter how bad their team was. So tips and builds please and thanks guys.
