Well for instance, Sion was considered a successful rework & everyone stopped playing him.

Now we have Poppy, and all we have now are just plain whiners.

Forums are full of Poppy-rework complements. A few minor criticisms that are discussed a bit, and major criticisms that are downvoted into obscurity. Also, I see plenty of Sions. More than pre-rework, come to think of it.

Not sure where you're coming from. Not my small corner of League at least.
