Is there a way to make Blitzcrank not just totally unfun to play against?

The zoning potential of Q + E is just too much and eventually in lane you're just going to get nabbed which means death or flash (then death next time). Does anyone know if they plan on reworking him, or is he just always going to be a PITA? Or is it just a game of hide behind the minions or run away if he's in game.

Had a game where I was nabbed behind an inhib tower while he was out of vision by our wall, and the rocket arm didn't render until it was on top of tower when I had 70 FPS.

You can only dodge so many skillshots. It's not realistic to say "I'll dodge every skillshot this game."

Yes. Invert his grab so it's more like every other grab and instead of pulling target to him, he pulls himself to target.

Dodge it? Ban him in champ select? Practice proper positioning? Spell shields? Disrupt while he's pulling? Engage while it's on cooldown? Use an escape after/while you're caught?

If you want to counter blitzcrank: Braum Thresh Alistar Leona TahmKench are some supports that all do really well at recovery if blitzcrank manages to pull his combo off.

The main thing about blitzcrank is he's rather squishy and quite mana hungry so you really shouldn't be intimidated by him early game.

It's fun fighting Blitz. He misses his hook, then you can just beat him up. And since 80% of Blitz players are last pick supports who have no idea how to actually support, they get super confused and die usually.

I love playing against Blitzcrank as Vel'Koz. If he's trying to position to Q someone, you just Q him first. Yours has a longer range, and you can still hit him if he tries to go to the side. If he goes to the side and backs off in order to dodge it post-split, then you got your ADC an extra second to get to a safe range. You'll die once every 5 minutes when he Flashes over your Q (assuming you don't have amazing reflexes to Flash yourself), but it's totally worth it :)

I wish my reaction times were good enough to play Morg into him.
