what is the cost of living for a pro-player in a gaming house during a year?

what is the salary of the lowest paid pro currently on a team in the LCS?

what does a team owner pay for? "comp, lodging, travel, ect, what is included?"

i want to know all of the factors around how much they get, and how much they have to pay while they are getting it.
