Problems with Razer Tartarus

Hey so I just got a Razer Tartarus to play league on and i really enjoy it. However I have a problem that keeps coming up. At random times in the game I will go to use an ability and it won't do anything, like nothing works. This includes abilities lvl up commands, pings, etc.... During this time my mouse will only be movement with right click and the ping wheel with left click. It is only fixed by holding down my lvl up button (top button on the side) and hitting a binding a couple times. Also at random times when i use a ping it will just spam the ping as if i was spaming it myself (I.E. ill hit enter and the keybinding will be going in chat). Any help will be appreciated!!
