Ranked games
Either i kept getting matched up with toxic,feeding uncarrible losers for the last several ranked games or im uncarrible (probalby that one)

Well one, you seem to have a low self esteem. That doesn't help. If you feel you're not so hot at the game, then you should read up on game mechanics and play draft pick until you get a better grasp of the game and of your champ. You also have to show dedication. As well, play every game like you're going to carry your team to victory, just don't forget to allow yourself to be carried. You have the burden of carrying all games, but you do not always carry every game.
