Will Panda Teemo be fixed by Tomorrow? It's my bro's Birthday Tomorrow and Teemo is one of his favourite champs (and one of the few he has a skin for). And yes, he would like to play as Panda Teemo Tomorrow.

It'll be a great Birthday gift! Please!

Edit: I know it's not easy finding and fixing bugs, not trying to rush you guys or anything, just would like him to be able to play his favourite champs (skinned) Tomorrow. If it's not possible, I understand.
