Are we allowed to use MKJogo/MKLOL if we dont use jungle timer?

I have no PBE account, I cant try skins I am thinking to buy and MKJOGO is only way I can try skins before I actually buy them. So my question is if I use it only for skins and turn off the jungle timer and all other features will I get banned. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
