So, can Fiddle's fear do damage now?

Originally, champs were allowed to have 3 second CC if they did no damage, had a small range, and were single target spells. Well, since they took away the 3 second part, shouldn't it open it up for other aspects of that criteria? Just my thoughts on it.

I mean, it would make up for the damage lost by E and W, since both were nerfed (E was nerfed by not hitting champ multiple times and W was nerfed with fear reduction + making them run away). This would help top/mid sticks, while not making Jungle sticks any stronger against people that don't ward and overextend, basically the same as he is now.

I see the downvotes, but why you think downvote?

E can still hit the same champion multiple times. All that changed was the silence not applying more than once after the first hit.

And that it prioritizes non hit things. So, his E will basically only hit the same champ if there are 2 minions in range of him, and only being able to trade when there are two minions in lane is pretty bogus.

how does malzahar's 300 base 80% ap scaling AoE 3 second silence that reveals exist if champions are only allowed 3 second cc if it does no damage, has small range, and is single target? is it an exception to the rule or does the rule only apply to point and click CC?

I think it was initially point and click, and maybe hard CC. Doesn't matter now, as there is clearly no rule. I would rather have Morg's snare on Fiddles than his fear anymore. I mean, with tenacity, it is only 1.5 seconds of making the enemy run away from your damage. If you don't land directly on them, you are probably not getting the kill unless they are pretty low.

Malzahar is the way he is because he has no innate mobility, disengage or any form of health sustain whatsoever. His only hard CC also CC's himself. He trades a lot to have the power he has.
