The Black Market Brawlers items can be removed from the "item sets" now....
Trying to make custom items sets but its all cluttered with Black Market Brawler items...

It's possible they have future ideas with those items. So, why remove something if you're just going to put it back in the future? Same logic they're using for Wriggle's Lantern. As it's still in the item sets, as well.
It's also possible they don't want to remove those items, because they're related to lore.
But...I like Deadman's plate.
After the game mode ended, i saw them on the client and i was like, WTF i played a solo custom to see if they were on the game but i got trolled..
