they said they cant make multiple controllable champions into 1 due to the way its coded (how the hell did HotS manage it tho?)

I think that's pretty impossible. Atleast for league. I know, tibbers, shaco clone. And other people say they will be a switcharoo character. For godsake, CAN'T WE HAVE ONE DUO CHARACTER THAT DOESN'T SWITCH FORMS OR ARE TWO UNITS AT THE SAME TIME LIKE ? Anyone ever considered that?

I don't think it'll be 2 champions, but just yet another dual form champion. Even if that sounds a bit boring I still think he'll be awesome, like pretty much all their latest champs.

If I had Photoshop skills, I would make it look like Rosalina and Luma.
