Not everyone finds playing against Riven fun, otherwise she wouldn't have the reputation she has. Honestly, it's just way too subjective.
Some people hate Riven, some people hate Tahm. Both don't have the best reputation because of that. In the context of this thread, OP is basically saying that the pot is calling the kettle black, like a Lee Sin player complaining about Ekko's mobility. Neither are without fault.

If Riven needed buffs, she deserves them. If Tahm needs nerfs, he should get them. And vice versa. I don't really have any opinion on their balance at the moment, I can only comment on their gameplay patterns and how it feels to match against them.

Playing against riven is quite unfun, playing agaist TK is plain boring, you avoid engaging at all cost and you shouldn't be behind when the teamfights starts occuring
