All unowned champions that weren't unlocked for Practice Tool is actually a good thing

Just imagine, if Practice Tool is open for testing to all champions, including those that players haven't puchased:

• player's champion pool is significantly less since he can test the champions out rather than spending IP.
• one trick ponies & ARAM only accounts will increase.
• and as a result, chances of having troll-picks & instalockers will increase as well.

I used to make a thread about wanting all champions to be unlocked, but after a lot of thinking, it's actually a pretty bad idea.
