Is Youmuu's That Great On Pantheon?
I heard someone tell me he was an AD caster, and I think the attack speed would not really benefit him. There is the armor pen. but a full

I never understood why people wasted Q early like that, you're better off using E after the stun to stack the shred faster. W AA E AA Q, since the Q has bonus damage (crit) on low health opponents, you want the Q to hit when they're low AND have their def shredded. plus since it's ranged and targeted it's better for sniping fleeing opponents as opposed to E where you're stationary
25% of a squishy target's armor is less than 20 in most cases. Not to mention it gives more AD (by 10 I think?) and the active movement speed is great.
Cleaver is also a great item on Pantheon, Ghostblade is just a great early item, as for a squishy target to have 100 armor, they would have to have their hourglass and be almost level 18.
It all depends on what you need atm. :)
black cleaver also offers hp, the phage passive, AND 20% cdr.
