Ranked Restriction is dumb

I recently got restricted from ranked play until I play 30 draft pick matches. Did I say play? I meant win 30 draft pick matches. Now before anyone else let me be the one to say I know i'm stupid for getting myself restricted, I know I did something to deserve it, etc etc. But winning 30 matches is not based on my attitude or how I treat other players. Being nice isn't gonna turn a game that we're clearly losing or when we have a d/c or the like. I would understand playing 30 draft, but winning them is stupid. /rant

perfect example of riot not getting whats actually happening on an off note they at least did it right.

can we get some clrification about ranked restrictions? or have they already posted about this question?

does gettting rnaked restricted 100% mean chat restricted? why are you restricted if feeding ended up being why you where ranked restricted with zero chat out side of lane call in pre game and gg wp post game lobbies?
