When my teammate calls ADC, selects Ezreal and then changes it to Ashe at the last second. Talk about a cock tease.
I just had a game where 2 of my teammates called support one called mid and the last said fill. I wound up being the support. We actually won that game. Our top player was getting manhandled (the fill guy) by a Riven main but after landing phase we all had some real concise synergy and just grouped up and contained their riven real well. Our top was glad that we all encouraged him after his early short comings and he wound up getting a triple kill late game. It was one of my most rewarding games in a long while.

When I told this ADC to pick someone else besides
which her play style is too aggressivei n the first 3 mins she gets kill by 
support which i had no support to counter or to protect from dying.
Nothing tilts me in champ select, but what i hate seeing is:
However i do not say anything to them, because it is a game and they have the right to play it the way they enjoy..
Oh, and something else: "do not play ... champion on .... role". Dude, i am neither telling to you what to play, nor asking what should I play. Lust let me play what I can and enjoy.
About the supp lobby: recently in a normal queue 2 of the players said "supp". I said "Ok, team let's have some. And 5 support sound fun." We did it, none said "Omg, this troll", ot something like that. We got stomped, but we were joking all the time in the chat, even with the enemy team. Result: 4 "friendly"and 2 "honorable opponent". And a hell of a smile at the end of the game.
When I ask someone to ban a champion and they say 'lol why that champion isn't even OP' and then the enemy team first picks that champion.
