Reporting Inappropriate Summoner Names

Hello Summoners,

I know we all love having a unique summoner name and seeing other unique summoner names. Sure, some are pretty basic, and even a lot of high ranking summoner names usually include their team names, but some summoner names are just crazy funny. Unique and characterizing summoners names help us feel more involved in LoL and establish our identity, but, there are some summoners who reflect too much of themselves in their names to the point that it is absolutely offensive.

I came across a queue where someone has a name that was along the lines of Rise N**** and someone dodged the queue so I was unable to report the name. There really isn't any other way to report a summoner name other than after a game; and this irks me. Some people would find it funny, but most understand the connotation and it isn't what would breed creativity or teamwork if I saw someone with that name in my queue. For me personally, it's how I identify unskilled players and I accommodate my playing style to theirs and brace for the vulgarity and insults they will throw at all players in the game. Chances are that these people will be reported for other reasons than their name, so they make get small punishments ,but will play on with their summoner names.

So I'm asking Riot, and sensible LoL summoners to push Riot, to introduce a system to report foul and inappropriate summoner names without the need of having the trudge through a game with them.

**My original post was deleted. Thanks Riot for a step in the wrong direction (I was just reading a post about not moving posts and instead deleting them). This isn't a suggestion for gameplay or characters, but it was for the forums and client. I got quick responses and one of them was disagreeing that one ludicrous and overtly sexual name was not in any way offensive. I reiterate again, some people think it's funny -- other people don't. This isn't to force people to choose a name like "A Fancy Pony 1211," (Does not Exist) but instead choose a name that isn't racially insensitive or vulgar.

So this is now in Misc and if this gets removed again then I'm not sure what to say about Riot anymore. This is a problem and could easily be a way that Riot improves gameplay experience without putting months of development into creation, testing, and balancing.

** Third Re-post after a deletion. Removed any real summoner names since people pretty much understand and I don't need any proof. If you think that your name falls under this list, don't feel attacked because it should go through the Tribunal (Which is currently empty), and the majority of summoners will decide -- not me. Riot, you don't leave much in the way of reporting a summoner's name so sorry if you see any summoner names here. This is not a witch hunt; just a humanitarian effort.
