So if a team mate in my premade gets an S, i get a chest right. What if that premade already has an S on that champion? Now it shows ive gotten 2 of 4 chests. Next chest available in 4 days. Does that mean that i cant get another chest for 4 days or does it mean ill jsut be able to get one extra chest after 4 days?

TL;DR - It doesn't matter what champion your premade ally gets an S on, you will earn a chest for the one you are playing as long as you haven't already (and you own that champion) and you have at least 1 of your 4 chests available. You can save up to 4 available chests each month, with 1 generated every week.
