Nerf these items Riot, What is taking so long...
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THIS GAME, NERF THESE ITEMS ALREADY......

These items allow you to outdamage and kill everyone before they can kill your tanky ass, on SO MANY CHAMPS. Countless champs, basically any AD champ in the game who builds these 3 items, becomes unstoppable with merc treads, you can't damage them, but they can damage you...
Arm pen, magic pen, what good does it do against pure health and absorbs? Nothing, it literally does nothing. A fucking Kog Maw can get this full build and never be able to die again the whole fight, because he will kill your whole team before your whole team can kill him....
this equals an unstoppable adc TANK. He will kill your whole team before your team can get through the tankiness he gets from this build, and there are many other variations with steraks and even spirit visage.
I mean granted, it is Kog Maw and he is Broken as fuck with tremendous amounts of mixed damage, and this build enhances it, but the point is that it not only makes him unstoppable in damage, but it also makes him require more than 3 people to kill him because of how tanky you get. It basically screws over anyone like kata or Leblanc or ahri or liss, or any mid lane mage. It's stupid not being able to even kill an ADC because he built tanky. That is point here.
The point is, these "tank""bruiser" items are spreading too far from being too OP for too damn long. EVery single AD/ADC champion builds these items now, every one of them... And it leaves AP mages unable to do anything at all. Replace the

and now you are even more invincible than you were before.
IF i had a dollar for everytime i build full CDR, and Magic Pen as a mage against tanks like Poppy, Ali, or Sion, or Garen, or Darius, or Malphite, Olaf, Singed, fuckin any tank in the whole game, and couldn't do damage to them, ide be pretty well payed by now.... if they so much as have any of these items right here -->
they win beyond 15 minutes guarantee, if you don't make the match a 10 minute match, it's over. Poking them will be useless, they will just heal it back up, so you are forced to all in as a team, and then die to permanent cc and tankiness with damage...
Fun game that leaves lots of room for counterplay, as long as it's 4vs4 tanks and 1v1 adc.... But unless you have more than 1 tank, good luck with counterplay, it won't be a thing, you won't be able to hurt them, and they will be able to hurt you. Real fair right?
