I don't understand the fascination with Hextech Annie if one does not play Annie or care about her skins at all. Why did Redmercy spent 500 dollars for 340 chests in hopes of getting Hextech Annie, when he doesn't even care about her or play her?
What's so special about this skin? The shard itself is worth 1350 RP (so that you can disenchant it) and shards are not tradeable. You either have to get incredibly lucky, have all the skins or just collect 10 gems, which is 10 chests and keys wasted?
At this point, I'd probably just donate my 1 to you for the sake of at least seeing someone get that ridiculous skin. Got one a few weeks back, never seen another. And to think I even came across 2 legendary skins in the boxes already up to this point. What's the drop rate anyway?

exclusive skin my ass it seems like the only ones who actually get it are players like brofresco whose willing to spend way more than the skin is worth to get it
A friend of mine got this skin (with gemstones) for 3 sessions of opening $35 of chests.
So about 100 dollars.

I've got 3 gems so far, I turned them into chests because it will take me years to get Hextech Annie and even then it's just a skin and I don't play Annie :P
I can't even get key fragments, not to mention actually opening chests and trying my luck. I seriously have to question if i'm even allowed to have nice things.
What are purple gems for? Never seen them.
