I wanna buy a ward skin, yet I dunno which is the best. Which ward skin you think is great to purchase? (Exclude the Lux/Soraka/Draven ward skins)

I suggest that you don't buy a ward skin at all as you and the enemy revealing and destroying your ward will be the only ones taking note of the fact that you have a ward skin. I suggest you keep your RP and buy a cheap skin for a new champ you want to pick up, ward skins are not worth the RP.

You could also save the RP to mystery gift yourself a skin next week when Riot allows it. Also, you could save up your RP for the skin sales coming up.
