The state of the Tribunal

So i've been getting chat restricted recently, and for much of it i agree, i should've been chat restricted (to some extent) However recently i have come in contact with a few very toxic duo/trio ques in solo que normals. They repeatedly insult me (on numerous personal levels) and all i do is try to disprove what they're saying. Nevertheless i got chat restricted AGAIN! If someone is insulting your very being riot tells us to ACCEPT IT and just MUTE THEM? I'm sorry riot, but if someone called you out on your dead mother saying she's a whore you'd just mute them and not do anything? Cuz when you do something you get chat restricted. Thanks riot, guess I should REALLY turn the other cheek huh
