If I remembered correctly, wasnt the new Champ Select suppose to overtake Blind pick as well?

So all this talk about "Champ Select sucks because enemy will always ban the champion I want to pick" seems very useless, since this won't happen in the new Champ Select Blind mode (assuming it's going to be implemented).
