Gold!

Can we change the TAB menu to show each teams gold instead of creeps? Or just show gold in general? I mean gold is a better scale to judge how strong person is since not everything is worth the same.

A guy might have 10 kills but got them all from the same person and only got 50g off of the last 5; A jungler might have 100cs but got counter jungled and was only farming the little monsters; A team might be behind 10 kills but consistently got dragon and is actually even in power.

My point is the whole reason to farm and gank enemies is to get a gold and level advantage over the enemy but we can't actually see our gold and i think its way more informative (and less likely to induce raging) then KDA and CS.

Allowing the enemy team to view the other team's gold gain/pocket, would create a whole new variable in the gameplay. There are times where you know,

"NOT TO LET Vayne FARM,"

thus creating the focus / concentration on that specific champion.

Because if you know that your team is falling behind in gold, you can take jungle camps/dragon/baron/etc.

But that just shows on what champion to be wary of, just like if they have kills/cs/assists/etc.

I see your point, but there can be different views on what people can actually do with that information.

It would be too destructive.

I have always liked this idea. It would allow for one more level of depth when assessing the capabilities of each player/team. In general, I am a big fan of RIOT introducing opportunities for plays / counter-plays wherever possible because it makes the game that much funner.

Then again the current configuration already allows rough estimations of how much gold an enemy has earned / spent via a look at their kills, CS, and items. Perhaps the twofold expertise needed to estimate how much gold an enemy's CS and kills equate to is entirely intentional! If so, bravo to RIOT for nestling valuable information into the game in a way that is only accessible to those with the knowledge to capitalize on it.
