Upvote to bring attention to the fact that Tribunal is still down! Is anyone working on this??

The Tribunal has been down for far too long. I understand that there is reportedly work to improve the tribunal system, but where it has been down this long, we can only assume that no reports have been going addressed and then there is no point in reporting at all.

Considering the size of the community and the desire within the community to make it as competitive and positive as possible it's insane that The Tribunal remains down after all this time. At the very least Riot should give us a timeline or expected return or else it seems like there is absolutely no point in having a "report" button at all because the most toxic players and most horrible incidents in League won't even be reviewed as long as The Tribunal doesn't exist.

Riot's gotta step it up or at least give us an update.
