Barfgot: How Urgot could have the most ridiculously fun ult in the game

Urgot is pretty fun to play if you don't mind losing a lot. The fact that he takes forever to become relevant in a match and even when he's relevant he's still kind of not means that he is one of the weakest champs in the game. So I want a minor change to his ult that would make his suffering more rewarding for all of us. The added fear component at the end of his teleport is a good start, but imagine this:

Urgot barfs his acid stuff over every enemy in the circle. This would reduce all of their armor for a short period of time, it would do some damage over time and it would allow Urgot to target q any champ that was too close to his ult target. This would be devastating and hilarious to see.

At this point Urgot's ult is unique but also pretty weak at early levels. In order to facilitate a buff on this the maximum range at lvl 3 should be there from the beginning. The end of his ult should have no effect at lvl 1, a fear component at lvl 2 and the acid barf thing at lvl 3.

This could make Urgot so much more fun, if not more viable.
