Dear Riot: please make the more severe punishments more common

I'm not saying account ban every single guy who rages. I'm saying account ban the people who consistently do various report-worthy things that make matches no fun to play. for example, I just played a match where my team was . probably the easiest win team yo ucould possibly ask for. I was playing with support, and it started off pretty badly in lane. we weren't exactly doing hot, and he was constantly wanting to all in no matter the odds and got mad at me when I didn't get a kill out of it. at about the 3 minute mark, after already raging at me a great deal, he just leaves lane and goes to steal our junglers farm. for the rest of the match (or at least until I muted him) he continued to go on about how much we all sucked as he stole jungle and left me to feed the bot lane. overall, I'm almost positive he single handedly lost that game for us. I reported him, but I'm pretty sure he won't get much more than a few days of no league on that account and a firm no-no. people who do stuff like that consistently shouldn't be allowed to play. they ruin the experience of the game for everyone else on the team and clearly they don't have a good time either.
