Can we talk about Bard's W?

I know most people don't give anything for Bard, but for support mains out there like me, is there anything we can do for his W? We don't want it to become way to op, also the waiting 10 seconds makes sense but look at the math here.

30/60/90/120/150 immediate health, no charge what-so-ever.

70/110/150/190/230 After waiting 10 seconds. Let's look at this logically,

Most people now-a-days, max E right after Q, for W provides nothing on the battlefield, they might be little nice health boosts from levels 1-9 and that is questionable. Even late game, we all use his W for that movement speed. 150 health is nothing at late game, basic attacks from everyone around the map do that much damage. Also, who is going to wait 10 seconds, for an extra 80 health, which is also another basic attack in that time. Think about it, in the middle of the fight, who is going to wait 10 seconds for a very very small amount of health they could probably regen in the meantime. Why not just get a Nidalee who heals for 205 health immediately no waiting, now that is great!

So I ask you, what do we do? Many options in fact, and we will poll it!
