Championship Riven WHEN?

I'm not sure if there was an official post about this (I haven't found one) but why isn't Championship Riven on the shop? Will Riot ever bring her back for purchase? Why does Thresh get to come back but not Riven? Also on a side note; Is Riot the one who is supplying all the Championship Riven codes to those websites that offer them? If not, who is? If Riot isn't bringing Championship Riven back to the store (especially for worlds) wouldn't it make sense that they would rather supply websites that offer to sell it for 300-400 dollars each?

Can't link it (too lazy to find) but an official stance on the issue is that she may come back in a while (a year or two?). Personally I think it's a little unfair to sell the Thresh skin when the other championship skins weren't for sale.

If they don't it just proves that Riot is the one that is supplying the Championship Riven skins to those websites and making huge profits at 300-400 dollars each.
