Looking for plat+ Top, Mid, and Support for ranked 5s team!

Hi I'm currently looking for replacement players for a ranked 5s team all in the plat rank or higher. We are a semi-serious team that wants to hit diamond or higher with 5s or 3s. The current team members are myself as adc and a jungler. We are open for tryouts and are looking for replacements. Voice communication is required and we are fairly flexible about what to use.
