Selecting Profile Banner

Dear @Riot and @Lyte,

Please let us select our profile banner as we do our avatar. I have the DJ Sona skin, avatars, and profile banners, but sometimes I just want to use a banner without using the corresponding avatar. I've talked to some friends about this and most people who care share the same sentiment. I think adding a feature that allows the selection of your profile banner similar to the manner of avatar selection would be relatively simple and allow for players to further customize their profile.
