Do you think Kalista has reached Teemo status?
I mean she's pretty much universally despised for her dreaded monkey hop kiting where she slowly stacks her obnoxious spear nuke on you for a half hour

Nope, Kalista is a lot easier to deal with in the bot lane than Teemo is in the top lane. Teemo has traps, a blind, constant poke and more. Kalista has her kiting, but she's not difficult to lock down and destroy.
If I were to name a Teemo equivalent, it'd have to be either Gnar or Quinn. Both are are really annoying to deal with in the top lane.
